带状疱疹中医治疗76例报告

目的观察运用中医内服及外治法综合治疗带状疱疹的临床疗效。方法对76例带状疱疹的患者给予内服中药龙胆泻肝汤加味治疗，重用田七末，每次3g，每日2～3次冲服；并配合外治法，选用灯火灸或外涂朱梅散(朱砂、冰片)治疗。结果76例全部痊愈，其中2周内痊愈50例，3周内痊愈8例，余18例持续4周后痊愈。18例6个月后随访，除2例局部有少许痒麻感外，余病例均无异常。结论中医内外法相结合治疗带状疱疹能达到活血祛瘀、较快止痛、痊愈的目的。

Treatment with traditional Chinese medicine for herpes zoster in 76 patients

Objective To evaluate the effects of traditional Chinese medicine by oral administration and external treatment for herpes zoster. Methods 76 patients with herpes zoster were treated by the traditional Chinese herbs, including administration of oseudo-qinseng 3g/time and 2-3 times daily, and applying vermilion and borneol on surface of pain area. Results All patients were heal after the treatment, in which 50 patients were cured in two weeks treatment, 8 patients in 3 weeks and 18 patients in 4 weeks. 18 patients were followed up for 6 months, in which 2 patients local itch and tingling were remained. Conclusion Traditional Chinese medicine administered by oral and applied on surface can relieve pain in patients with herpes zoster, through the effect of promoting blood flow, improving microcirculation and removing blood stasis.
