参麦注射液对冠心病患者血液流变学的影响研究

目的探讨参麦注射液对冠心病患者血液流变学的影响。方法冠心病患者72例随机分为研究组和对照组,两组患者给予相同的基础治疗,研究组另给予参麦注射液治疗方案,并对两组患者治疗前后的临床疗效和血液流变学相关指标进行对比分析。结果与对照组相比,研究组的显效率和总有效率明显提高,而无效率明显降低,差异具有统计学意义(P0.05)。治疗组治疗后全血黏度、血浆黏度、血黏度高切变、血黏度低切变、红细胞压积、纤维蛋白原和血小板聚集率等血液流变学指标均明显改善,差别均具有统计学意义(P0.05)。结论参麦注射液可以明显改善冠心病患者的血液流变学指标,对冠心病具有辅助治疗作用。

Effect of Shenmai Injection on Hemorheology in Coronary Heart Disease

Objective To probe into the effect of Shenmai injection on hemorheology in coronary heart disease.Methods We selected 72 cases of coronary heart disease in our hospital divided them randomly into study group and control group,with 36 cases in each.Both groups were given the same basic therapy and Shenmai injection was added to the study group.The clinical efficacy and hemorheology were compared before and after treatment between the two groups.Results Compared with the control group,the efficiency and total efficiency were significantly increased and the inefficiency was significantly decreased in the study group,with no significant difference between the two groups（P0.05）.The blood rheology indexes were significantly improved including whole blood viscosity,plasma viscosity,blood viscosity,high shear,low shear blood viscosity,hematocrit,fibrinogen and platelet aggregation rate in the study group after treatment,with significant differences between the two groups （P0.05）.Conclusion Shenmai injection can improve blood rheology in coronary heart disease,which is of great significance in the treatment of the disease.
