环境因素与食管癌发病关系的研究

摘    要:目的了解环境因素与食管癌发病的关系,找出其危险因素,为预防食管癌的发病提供科学依据。方法采用病例-对照研究,选择年龄、性别和居住地基本相同的113食管癌病人和118例对照为研究对象,应用非条件Logistic回归分析,分析环境因素和食管癌发病的关系。结果饮酒指数、热烫饮食、霉变食品摄入、新鲜蔬菜摄入、三餐定时、空气受污染状况、遇事态度、长期精神状态与食管癌的发生具有一定的联系。结论食管癌的发生与环境和生活因素具有一定的关系。

Abstract:Objective:To assess the environment risk factors of esophageal carcinoma and to supply scientific foundation to prevent esophageal carcinoma.Methods: The case-control study was used.The 113 Cases and 118 controls were controled to age,sex and living area.multiple logistic regression was used to study of effect between environmental risk factors and esophageal carcinoma.Results: The main environmental risk factors of esophageal carcinoma were drink index,liking to eat hot and hard diet,mildew food,fresh vegetables,regular diet habit,air pollution,manner in deal with things,longtime mental status respectively.Conclusion: There are some correlations between environmental factors and esophageal carcinoma.
