| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨解毒散外敷治疗急性痛风性关节炎的临床疗效。方法:将2008年～2010年,急性痛风性关节炎患者120例,随机分为2组,每组60例。治疗组给予解毒散外敷,对照组给予双柏散外敷。结果:治疗组和对照组的临床症状均有明显改善,治疗组总有效率98.2%,对照组总有效率92.5%;2组比较差异有统计学意义,解毒散临床疗效优于双柏散。结论:中药解毒散外敷是治疗急性痛风性关节炎的一种有效方法,疗效显著,值得在临床上推广使用。
