| 摘 要： | 目的:观察小儿病毒性脑炎患儿,研讨护理对策并执行,分析对患儿康复情况的影响。方法:于2018年11月至2019年10月选择罹患小儿病毒性脑炎的病例62例,来源是我院,执行数字表法分组方式,对照组31例展开常规护理,实验组31例展开常规护理及早期整体护理干预。结果:对比分析对照组及实验组,后者护理后Fugl-Meyer评分、临床症状、体征恢复状况均更加理想,统计学有意义,即P<0.05。对比分析两组患儿护理前Fugl-Meyer评分,差异不显著,即P>0.05。结论:小儿病毒性脑炎患儿采用常规护理及早期整体护理干预,有利于患儿康复。

| Abstract: | Objective:To observe children with viral encephalitis,discuss and implement nursing countermeasures,and analyze the impact on the rehabilitation of children.Methods:From November 2018 to October 2019,62 cases with infantile viral encephalitis were selected from our hospital and grouped by the method of number table.31 cases in the control group received routine nursing care,while 31 cases in the experimental group received routine nursing care and early holistic nursing intervention.Results:The comparison between the control group and the experimental group showed that the latter group had better recovery of fugl-meyer score,clinical symptoms and signs after nursing,which was statistically significant(P<0.05).The fuglmeyer scores of the two groups before nursing were compared and analyzed,and the difference was not significant,that is,P>05.Conclusion:Routine nursing and early holistic nursing intervention are beneficial to the recovery of children with viral encephalitis. |
