果酸换肤治疗轻中度痤疮的护理干预

目的观察果酸换肤治疗轻中度痤疮患者的临床疗效,并探讨治疗过程中的护理干预措施.方法将2018年10月~2019年9月期间本科治疗的76例寻常痤疮患者,随机分为对照组(36)和观察组(40).对照组接受0.025%维A酸乳膏外涂,每晚一次,于临睡前点涂患处.观察组接受果酸换肤治疗配合粉刺挤压术,两周一次,两个月后比较两组患者皮损改善情况.结果观察组的总有效率为87.50%,显著高于对照组(77.78%),差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05).不良反应主要为白霜、烧灼感、刺痛,红斑以及色素沉着.结论果酸换肤可以有效治疗轻中度寻常痤疮,明显减少痤疮皮损面积,减轻炎症,配合多种护理措施干预,可提高患者依从性配合治疗,提高疗效,减少不良反应的发生率.

Nursing intervention in treatment of mild and moderate acne with hydroxy acid

Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of fructonic acid skin replacement in the treatment of mild and moderate acne patients,and to explore the nursing intervention measures in the treatment process.Methods 76 patients with acne vulgaris treated in our department from October 2018 to September 2019 were randomly divided into two groups:the control group(36)and the observation group(40).The control group was treated with topical 0.025%retinoic acid cream,once every night before sleeping.The observation group was treated with fruit acid skin change and acne extrusion twice a week.Two months later,the improvement of skin lesions of the two groups was compared.Results The total effective rate of the observation group was 87.50%,which was significantly higher than that of the control group(77.78%).There was a significant difference between the two groups(P<0.05).The main adverse reactions were hoarfrost,burning sensation,tingling,erythema and pigmentation.Conclusion Fructonic acid skin replacement in the treatment of mild and moderate acne vulgaris can achieve remarkable results in reducing the area of acne lesions and inflammation.Cooperating with varied nursing interventions,it can improve patient compliance and the treatment efficacy with fewer adverse reactions.
