参术定喘汤联合布地奈德福莫特罗对支气管哮喘慢性持续期患者中医证候、肺功能、FeNO、TIgE的影响及疗效观察

摘    要:目的 分析参术定喘汤联合布地奈德福莫特罗对支气管哮喘慢性持续期患者中医证候、肺功能、呼出气一氧化氮(fractional exhaled nitric oxide,FeNO)、血清总免疫球蛋白E(total immunoglobulin E,TIgE)的影响及疗效观察。方法 选取2021年8月至2022年5月温州市中医院收治的支气管哮喘慢性持续期患者60例,采用随机数字表法分为对照组(n=30)和试验组(n=30)。对照组给予布地奈德福莫特罗,试验组给予参术定喘汤联合布地奈德福莫特罗治疗。评估两组中医证候评分水平,采用肺功能测定仪检测第一秒用力呼气容积(forced expiratory volume in one second,FEV1)、用力肺活量(forced vital capacity,FVC)、一秒率(forced expiratory volume in one second/forced vital capacity,FEV1/FVC),采用双抗体夹心酶联免疫吸附法检测TIgE水平,呼气分析仪检测FeNO水平。结果 治疗后,试验组中医证候评分水平、FeNO、TIgE均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);FEV1、FVC、FEV1/FVC水平均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。试验组总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 对支气管哮喘慢性持续期患者采用参术定喘汤进行治疗,能够显著降低中医证候水平、改善患者肺功能、下调FeNO、TIgE水平,临床治疗效果显著。

Effects and efficacy of Shenshu Dingchuan decoction combined with budesonide formoterol on traditional Chinese medical syndrome, lung function, FeNO and TIgE in patients with chronic persistent bronchial asthma
Abstract:Objective To analyze the effects and efficacy of Shenshu Dingchuan decoction in combination with budesonide formoterol on traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) syndrome, lung function, exhaled nitric oxide (FeNO) and total immunoglobulin E (TIgE) in patients with chronic persistent bronchial asthma. Methods A total of 60 patients with chronic persistent bronchial asthma admitted to Wenzhou Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from August 2021 to May 2022 were selected and divided into the control group (n=30) and the test group (n=30) using the random number table method. The control group was given budesonide formoterol, while the test group was given Shenshu Dingchuan decoction combined with budesonide formoterol. The level of TCM syndrome score was assessed in both groups, and the spirometer was used to measure forced expiratory volume in one second (FEV1), forced vital capacity (FVC) and forced expiratory volume in one second/forced vital capacity (FEV1/FVC). TIgE levels were detected by double-antibody sandwich enzyme-linked immunosorbent method; the FeNO levels were measured by breath analyzer. Results After treatment, the level of TCM syndrome scores, FeNO and TIgE in the test group were lower than those in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05); the levels of FEV1, FVC and FEV1/FVC were higher than those in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). The total effective rate of the test group was higher than that of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion The treatment of patients with chronic persistent bronchial asthma with Shenshu Dingchuan decoction can significantly reduce the level of TCM syndrome, improve patients'' lung function and down-regulate FeNO and TIgE levels, with significant clinical treatment effects.
