中药热敷眼罩联合消旋山莨菪碱滴眼液治疗儿童假性近视的临床研究

目的 探讨中药热敷眼罩联合消旋山莨菪碱滴眼液治疗儿童假性近视的临床疗效。方法 选取杭州师范大学附属萧山医院2020年8月至2021年8月收治的假性近视患儿120例，采用随机数字表法分为对照组（n=60）与实验组（n=60），对照组采用单纯消旋山莨菪碱滴眼液治疗，实验组在对照组基础上采用中药热敷眼罩进行联合治疗，比较两组患儿的临床总有效率、裸眼视力、屈光度、不良反应发生率。结果 实验组的临床总有效率明显高于对照组（P<0.05）；治疗前，两组患儿的各项指标比较，差异无统计学意义（P>0.05）；治疗后实验组的裸眼视力较对照组明显改善（P<0.05）；实验组的屈光度较对照组明显改善组（P<0.05）；实验组的不良反应与对照组比较，差异无统计学意义（P>0.05）。结论 与单纯消旋山莨菪碱滴眼液比较，采用中药热敷眼罩联合消旋山莨菪碱滴眼液治疗儿童假性近视临床疗效更好。

A clinical study on the treatment of children's myopia with chineseherbal hot compress eye mask combined with racemic anisodamineeye drops

Objective To explore the clinical efficacy of Chinese herbal hot compress eye mask combined with racemic anisodamine eye drops in the treatment of children with pseudomyopia. Methods A total of 120 children with pseudomyopia admitted to Hangzhou Normal University Xiaoshan Hospital from August 2020 to August 2021 were selected and divided into a control group (n=60) and an experimental group (n=60) according to a random number table. The control group was treated with simple racemic anisodamine eye drops, and the experimental group was treated with traditional Chinese medicine hot compress eye mask on the basis of the control group. the clinical total effective rate, naked visual acuity, refractive power, and incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups of children were observed and compared. Results The total clinical effective rate of the experimental group was significantly higher than that of the control group (P<0.05); Before treatment, there was no significant difference between the two groups for various indicators (P>0.05); The achieved improvement of naked eye vision after treatment, of the experimental group was better than that of the control group (P<0.05); In terms of diopter at different time points, the data of the experimental group was better than that of the control group (P<0.05); The adverse reactions of the experimental group was not significant compared with the control group (P>0.05). Conclusion Compared with the simple treatment of racemic anisodamine eye drops, the use of traditional Chinese medicine hot compress eye mask combined with racemic anisodamine eye drops has a better clinical effect in the treatment of children with pseudomyopia.
