补阳还五汤对糖尿病肾病患者的疗效研究

目的 探讨补阳还五汤对糖尿病肾病患者的疗效。方法 选取2021年6月至2022年5月于诸暨市中医医院治疗的糖尿病肾病患者80例，根据随机数字表法将其分为对照组和观察组，每组各40例。对照组患者采用常规西药治疗，观察组患者在对照组基础上联合补阳还五汤治疗；治疗2周后比较两组患者的中医证候积分、肾功能、血糖、尿蛋白和血清C反应蛋白（C-reactive protein，CRP）水平。结果 治疗后，观察组患者倦怠乏力、胸腰疼痛、肢体麻木、气短懒言的证候积分均显著低于对照组（P<0.05），尿酸、血肌酐、尿素氮、空腹血糖、餐后2h血糖、尿蛋白和CRP水平均显著低于对照组（P<0.05）。结论 补阳还五汤治疗糖尿病肾病可有效改善患者的临床症状，提高肾功能，有效控制血糖水平，改善尿蛋白和血清CRP水平，值得推广应用。

Effect of Buyang Huanwu decoction on diabetic nephropathy

Objective To explore the effect of Buyang Huanwu decoction on diabetic nephropathy patients. Methods A total of 80 diabetic nephropathy patients treated in Zhuji Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from June 2021 to May 2022 were selected and divided into control group and observation group according to random number table method, with 40 cases in each group. Control group was treated with conventional western medicine, and observation group was treated with Buyang Huanwu decoction on the basis of control group. After 2 weeks of treatment, the TCM symptom score, renal function, blood glucose, urinary protein and serum C-reactive protein (CRP) level were compared between the two groups. Results After treatment, the TCM symptom scores of fatigue, thoracolumbar pain, numbness, and shortness of breath in observation group were lower than those in control group (P<0.05), the levels of uric acid, serum creatinine, blood urea nitrogen, fasting plasma glucose, 2h postprandial plasma glucose, urinary protein and CRP in observation group were lower than those in control group (P<0.05). Conclusion Buyang Huanwu decoction in the treatment of diabetic nephropathy can effectively improve the clinical symptoms and renal function, effectively control blood glucose levels, improve urinary protein and serum CRP levels, worthy of popularization and application.
