多排螺旋CT三维重建在脊柱骨折诊断中的价值观察

目的探讨多排螺旋CT三维重建在脊柱骨折诊断中的价值。方法选取2019-01至2019-12山东第一医科大学附属聊城二院收治的60例脊柱骨折患者作为研究对象,先采用X线平片进行诊断,再采用多排螺旋CT机对全部患者进行诊断,CT图像薄层重建横断像后,采用多种重建技术获得全面直观重组图像。结果采用X线平片的检出率(83.33%)明显低于多排螺旋CT的检出率(100.00%),差异有统计学意义(χ^2=10.909,P<0.05)。结论多排螺旋CT三维重建技术扫描快,三维成像清晰立体,可以全方位地显示出脊柱解剖结构,可以避免受到患者体位的干扰,在脊柱骨折诊断、术前评价的应用价值高。

The value of multi-sliec spiral computed tomography three-dimensional reconstruction in the diagnosis of spinal fracture

Objective To explore the value of multi-sliec spiral computed tomography(MSCT)three-dimensional reconstruction in the diagnosis of spinal fractures.Methods 60 patients with spinal fractures who were treated in Liaocheng Second Hospital affiliated to Shandong First Medical University from January 2019 to December 2019 were selected as the research subjects.X-ray plain film was used for diagnosis first;MSCT machine was used after diagnosis,after thin slice reconstruction of CT images,a variety of reconstruction techniques were used to obtain comprehensive and readable reconstruction images.Results The detection rate of plain X-ray film(83.33%)was significantly lower than that of MSCT(100.00%),and the difference was statistically significant(χ^2=10.909,P<0.05).Conclusions The MSCT three-dimensional reconstruction technique has fast scanning and clear three-dimensional imaging.It can display the anatomical structure of the spine in all directions,avoid the interference of the patient's posture,and has high application value in the diagnosis and preoperative evaluation of spine fractures.
