武汉市智能流调系统的设计与实现

摘    要:传统流行病学调查从问卷填写到数据录入,再到数据分析和报告撰写,都依赖流调人员手工作业,存在数据填写不规范、数据处理工作量大、分析报告不及时、数据共享不畅通等问题。开发设计的智能流调系统采用PAD端和PC端相结合的方式,覆盖事件报告、现场流调、数据分析、报告生成全流程,为流调工作提供强有力的技术支撑,对流调工作的机制流程实现再造。智能流调系统的应用使得流调人员的整体协作更高效、系统数据汇集更快捷,缩短从流调介入到报告输出的时间,为传染病防控提能增效。

Design and realization of intelligent epidemiological investigation system in Wuhan
Abstract:Traditional epidemiological investigation relies on the manual work of epidemiological investigators from questionnaire filling, data entry, data analysis and report writing, which has problems such as non-standard data filling, heavy data processing workload, untimely analysis report and unblocked data sharing. The developed and designed intelligent epidemiological investigation system uses PAD terminal and PC terminal to cover the whole process of incident report, field epidemiological investigation, data analysis and report generation, which provides strong technical support for epidemiological investigation and reconstructs the mechanism and process of epidemiological investigation. The application of the intelligent epidemiological investigation system makes the overall cooperation of epidemiological investigators more efficient, the collection of systematic data faster, and the time from the intervention of epidemiological investigation to the output of the report shorter, so as to improve the efficiency of the prevention and control of infectious diseases.
