间隙法牙齿正畸辅助牙体种植烤瓷修复对先天缺失牙患者种植成功率及咀嚼功能的影响

目的探讨间隙法牙齿正畸辅助牙体种植烤瓷修复对先天缺失牙患者种植成功率、咀嚼功能的影响.方法选取我院先天缺失牙患者82例(2015年7月~2017年7月),依据随机数字表法分为对照组(n=41)、观察组(n=41).对照组采用牙体种植烤瓷修复治疗,观察组在对照组基础上采用间隙法牙齿正畸治疗.比较两组治疗后3个月、6个月、12个月种植成功率、治疗前后牙齿咬合力、咀嚼效率、治疗满意度、不良反应发生率.结果观察组治疗后3个月、6个月、12个月种植成功率92.68%、82.93%、78.05%高于对照组75.00%、62.50%、57.50%,不良反应发生率4.88%低于对照组21.95%(P<0.05);治疗后观察组牙齿咬合力大于对照组,咀嚼效率高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组外观效果、咀嚼能力、舒适度、修复效果等治疗满意度评分均高于对照组(P<0.05).结论间隙法牙齿正畸辅助牙体种植烤瓷修复应用于先天缺失牙患者,可提高种植成功率,改善牙齿咬合力、咀嚼效率,提升治疗满意度,且安全性高.

Effect of interstitial orthodontic assisted dental implants on the success rate and chewing function of patients with congenital missing teeth

Objective To investigate the effect of interdental orthodontic assisted dental implants on the success rate and chewing function of patients with congenital missing teeth.Methods 82 patients with congenital missing teeth were selected from July 2015 to July 2017.They were divided into control group(n=41)and observation group(n=41)according to the random number table method.The control group was treated with dental implants and the observation group was treated with interstitial orthodontic treatment on the basis of the control group.The success rate of implantation at 3 months,6 months,and 12 months after treatment,tooth bite force before and after treatment,chewing efficiency,treatment satisfaction,and incidence of adverse reactions were compared.Results The success rate of implantation in the observation group was 92.68%,82.93%and 78.05%at 3 months,6 months and 12 months after treatment,which was higher than 75.00%,62.50%and 57.50%of the control group,and the incidence of adverse reactions was 4.88%lower than that of the control group.21.95%(P<0.05);after treatment,the tooth occlusion force of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the chewing efficiency was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).The treatment satisfaction scores of the observation group,such as appearance effect,chewing ability,comfort and repair effect,were all observed.Higher than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Interstitial orthodontic assisted tooth-planting porcelain restoration can be used in patients with congenital missing teeth,which can improve the success rate of planting,improve the bite force and chewing efficiency,improve the satisfaction of treatment,and have high safety.
