毛发移植中的毛囊保存液的应用和研究进展

毛发移植是治疗脱发的重要手段,但受到供区毛囊数量有限的制约,提高毛囊存活率是毛发移植术成功的关键.而影响毛发移植存活率的关键在于毛囊的离体阶段.本文通过查阅国内外文献,综述毛囊保存液的发展、作用机制及研究进展,讨论其对毛发移植术中毛囊存活率的影响.目前临床可用的组织保存液有三种:生理盐水、细胞培养液、低温组织保存液,它们各有利弊.优良的毛囊保存液应具备抗缺氧、保护毛囊干细胞、促进毛囊新生血管等作用.通过了解毛囊保存液对毛囊的影响和作用机制,优化保存液方案,克服当前毛囊移植的技术壁垒,促进毛发再生医学的革新.

The Development of Preservation Solution in Hair Transplantation

Hair transplantation plays an important role in the treatment of hair loss.However,due to the limitation of hair follicles in the donor area,researches have focused on improving the survival rate of hair follicle transplantation or the artificial cultivation of hair follicles.Both methods should face one problem:the environment of the hair follicles in vitro,which in another word is the tissue preservation solution.Saline,culture medium and l Hypothermic tissue storage media were available for hair follicle preservation.An ideal holding solution should have the characteristic of anti-hypoxia,protect hair follicle stem cells,promote hair follicle neovascularization and so on.By understanding the effect and mechanism of hair preservation solution,it may overcame the current technical barriers of hair transplantation and made the clinical application of hair regeneration become reality.
