血管紧张素转换酶抑制剂治疗充血性心力衰竭23例

目的探讨血管紧张素转换酶抑制剂治疗充血性心力衰竭的疗效。方法将充血性心力衰竭的患者50例随机分为治疗组和对照组，对照组给予常规治疗（强心、利尿、扩血管），治疗组在常规治疗的基础上加用血管紧张素转换酶抑制剂。两组服药前后检查心率、6min步行测验、血压、左心室舒张末内径、左室射血分数、心功能等。随访9个月，所获数据，采用方差分析，t检验。结果血管紧张素转换酶抑制剂治疗组充血性心力衰竭后症状改善，心率减慢，血压下降，6min步行距离增加，治疗组临床指标改善明显，心功能改善总有效率达88．3％，对照组总有效率达74％，两个比较有显著性差异（P〈0．01）。结论血管紧张素转换酶抑制剂治疗充血性心力衰竭可明显改善心功能，提高生存率及生活质量，延缓心室重塑的发展，从而降低心力衰竭的死亡率，安全有效，值得推广。

The Efficacy And Safety Analysis of Angiotensin-converting Enzyme Inhibitor Treatment 23 cases of Congestive Heart Failure

Objective To study the clinical effect of angiotensin-converting enzyme inhibitor(ACEI) to treat congestive heart failure(CHF).Methods Chose 50 cases the congestive heart failure were randomly divided into treatment and control groups.Treatment groups used ACEI on routing treatment base.In the control groups were given only routine treatment(Cardiotoni,Diureticand Vasodioctive).The two groups check theTest heart rate,Blood pressure,the distance fur 6 minutes walking test,LVDD,LVEF and heart function grade before and after taking medicine.Then compared the changes before and after treatment and assessed the clinical effects.Patients were followed up for 9 months,the data use variance analysis.Results After ACEI treated CHF,the heart rate decreased,blood pressure lower,6-minute walking distance increase.The heart function improved obviously,the valid rate reached 88.3%,the effective rate of control groups reachs 74%.There are Significant difference between the two groups(P<0.01).Conclusion ACEI treat CHF improves the heart function survival rate and living quality.The cardic remodeling developing wereprevent and postpone.This method is worth spreading.
