三种麻醉方法拔除下颌阻生齿的临床疗效观察

目的探讨拔除阻生齿时三种麻醉方法的效果。方法分别使用利多卡因阻滞下牙槽神经、舌神经、颊神经；阿替卡因局部浸润麻醉；利多卡因阻滞牙槽神经、舌神经、颊神经＋阿替卡因局部浸润麻醉等麻醉方法麻醉下颌阻生齿，观察拔除时麻醉效果。结果利多卡因阻滞下牙槽神经、舌神经、颊神经无痛率19％，阿替卡因局部浸润麻醉无痛率17％，利多卡因阻滞下牙槽神经、舌神经、颊神经加用阿替卡因局部浸润麻醉无痛率83％。结论使用利多卡因阻滞下牙槽神经、舌神经、颊神经加用阿替卡因局部浸润麻醉的方法拔出下颌阻生齿，麻醉效果明显好于其他两种麻醉方法。

Clinical Observation on the Therapeutic Effect of Extracting Mandibular Impaction Teeth by Three Anesthetic Methods

Objective To explore the clinical observation on the therapeutic effect of extraction mandible impacted teeth by three anesthetic methods.Methods The effects of the extraction of the anesthetic were observed by using lidocaine block the mandibular nerve,lingual nerve,buccal nerve;articaine local infiltration anesthesia;lidocaine block mandibular nerve,lingual nerve,buccal nerve and articaine local infiltration anesthesia re-spectively.Results The results of lidocaine anesthesia of mandibular nerve,lingual nerve,buccal nerve analgesia rate 19%,articaine local infiltration anesthesia in painless rate17%,lidocaine anesthesia of mandibular nerve,lingual nerve,buccal nerve and articaine local infiltration anesthesia in painless rate80%.Conclusion The use of lidocaine anesthesia of mandibular nerve,lingual nerve,buccal nerve and articaine local infiltration anesthesia extract the mandible impacted teeth,the anesthetic effect was significantly better than the other two anesthetic methods.
