某医科大学大学生约会暴力行为及影响因素

目的 调查大学生约会暴力行为发生情况,并探讨其影响因素.方法 以班级为单位进行随机整群抽样,采用自行设计问卷对江苏省某高等医科学校1～3年级约800名学生进行匿名调查,问卷内容包括一般人口学特征,近6个月内精神、躯体和性暴力等约会暴力行为发生情况及相关因素.结果 发放问卷800份,回收有效问卷701份.处于恋爱期433名学生近6个月内施暴经历阳性报告率为22.2％,其中男生21.3％,女生22.6％.受暴经历阳性报告率为40.0％,其中男生25.0％,女生46.8％.“冷漠/不理睬”是最为常见的约会暴力行为方式,占80.4％.发生原因最多的为“对方冷淡自己”,占24.1％,其次为“看法不同,争论互不相让”,占22.2％.多因素Logistic回归分析显示,高年级、城市生源、母亲文化程度高、童年被贬低经历、童年被用物品打、生活压力大、恋爱次数少是遭遇约会暴力行为发生的危险因素,父亲文化程度高、爱好看小说、爱好看电影是遭遇约会暴力的保护因素.结论大学生约会暴力行为较为普遍,应引起重视,采取针对性的综合措施防范约会暴力行为的发生.

Survey on dating violence and related factors in a medical college

Objective To investigate self-report dating violence rate in college students,describe the way of violence and causes,and explore factors affecting the occurrence of dating violence.Methods The class was used as a unit for cluster sampling,800 students of grades 1 to 3 in a medical college in Jiangsu Province were investigated by self-designed questionnaire,the questionnaire included general demographic indicators,within six months of spiritual,physical and sexual violence,dating violence and other aspects of behavior related factors.Results 701 valid questionnaires were collected,433 students reported in love period,the positive reporting rate of violence was 22.2%（male 21.3%,female 22.6%）,the positive reporting rate of violence battered was 40.0%（male 25.0%,female 46.8%）.The way in the dating violence,’indifference to ignore’ was the most common,accounting for 80.4%.Dating violence occured mainly due to ’other cool themselves’,accounted for 24.1%,followed by ’different views,debate each other’,22.2%.Logistic regression analysis showed that high-grade,urban students,mother education level high,childhood experience of being derogatory,childhood experience of being fighted,life stress,less frequency of love were the risk factors of dating violence;father with high education level,hobby of reading novels and watching movies were the protective factors.Conclusions Dating violence is rather common among college students,more attention should be paid,multi-sectional comprehensive measures are needed to prevent the occurrence of dating violence.
