综合评价法在艾滋病防治工作质量评价中的应用

目的 运用多种方法对艾滋病防治工作质量进行评价,综合分析艾滋病防治措施落实情况.方法 利用Z分值法、秩和比法、密切值法、TOPSIS法、优劣距离法、加权线性综合指数法、乘法合成综合指数法、混合综合指数法及功效系数法计算综合评价值,确定不同地区之间艾滋病防治工作的质量.结果 多种评价法排序结果具有一致性.D地区综合评价值最高,说明该地区的艾滋病防治措施落实情况要比其他地区好.结论 综合评价法可以应用于艾滋病防治工作质量评价,以便对多项指标进行综合评价,并为制定防治措施提供参考依据.

Application of comprehensive evaluation methods in the quality evaluation of AIDS prevention

Objective To analyze the achievement of AIDS prevention comprehensively,multiple methods were used to evaluate the quality of AIDS prevention.Methods Z Score Method,Rank-Sum Ratio,Osculating Value Method,TOPSIS Method,Best-Worst Distance Method,Weighted Linear Synthetic Index Method,Multiplicative Composition Synthetic Index Method,Compound Synthetic Index Method and Effectiveness Coefficient Method were undertaken to calculate the comprehensive evaluation value and characterize the quality of AIDS prevention among different areas.Results Concordance of correlation has been observed among ranking result of multiple evaluation methods.The comprehensive evaluation value of area D was the highest,which indicated that the quality of AIDS prevention of area D was better than all other areas.Conclusions Comprehensive evaluation methods can be used in the quality evaluation of AIDS,which help to carry out the comprehensive evaluation to multiple indicators and provide good foundation for policy development.
