陕西省寄生虫病防制能力现况调查

目的 了解陕西省寄生虫病防制能力现况,以采取措施推动陕西省寄生虫病防制工作的开展.方法 采用调查问卷的方式,调查陕西省各级疾病预防控制中心(简称疾控)及二级甲等以上医院,负责寄生虫病防制和检验及其他相关工作的人员(简称寄防人员).结果 共调查陕西省726名寄防人员,其中兼职人员占99.2％,平均年龄为(38.29±9.15)岁；各地市寄防人员业务能力总分及设备完整率与业务开展率之间均无相关性(P＞0.05)；疾控中心设备完整率(69.86％)高于医院(63.68％),业务开展率(10.26％)低于医院(32.11％)(均有P＜0.05).结论 陕西省寄防人员年龄偏老龄化,知识更新较差,寄生虫病检测业务开展不足,仍需加强培训提高业务水平.

Survey on the status of parasitic prevention capability in Shaanxi Province

Objective To understand the status of parasitic prevention capability in Shaanxi Province,so as to promote the parasitic prevention in the whole province.Methods The questionnaire was used to investigate the departments and staff,responsible for parasitic disease prevention and inspection in the centers for disease control and prevention,and the hospitals classed for more than two A-level in Shaanxi Province.Results Investigated a total number of parasitic disease control staff was 726,including part-time workers accounted for 99.2%,the average age was（38.29±9.15） years old;Among 11 cities（districts）,both the score of profession capability and the equipment ownership proportion were not correlated with the business development proportion（P0.05）;the equipment ownership proportion in Center of Disease Control and Prevention（CDC）（69.86%） was greater than that in hospitals（63.68%）;but the business development proportion in CDC（10.26%） was less than that in hospitals（32.11%）（P0.05）.Conclusions The parasitic prevention staff of Shaanxi Province is aging,updating of knowledge is poor,the business development of detecting parasitic diseases is not enough,it is essential to strengthen training and improvement.
