急性有机磷农药中毒患者口腔护理与反跳的关系

目的探讨急性有机磷中毒后口腔护理对病情反跳的影响。方法256例口服有机磷中毒患者，在充分洗胃、导泻及应用足量的阿托品、胆碱酯酶复能剂后，随机分为对照组128例，给予常规护理；治疗组128例，在常规护理的基础上。每天早，中、晚和进食前后给予口腔护理。观察口腔护理对病情反跳的影响。结果治疗组病情反跳率明显低于对照组（p〈0．01）。结论口腔护理能够使急性有机磷中毒患者口腔清洁，及时清除口腔残留或反流入口内的毒物，减少毒物的再吸收，从而减少病情反跳的发生率。
