| 摘 要： | 目的 定量评价卫生应急管理模块化培训的效果,探索卫生应急管理人员适宜的培训模式.方法 通过满意度评价、培训前后问卷调查和测试以及教师课堂评分进行评价.结果 学员通过培训在测试成绩、能力自评得分、态度评价得分方面均有提高,差异均有统计学意义；学员对各个模块满意度均较高.结论 本次培训增强了学员的卫生应急管理知识和工作信心,改变了学员的卫生应急态度.

| Abstract: | Objective To evaluate effectiveness of the modular health emergency management training quantitatively,so as to explore the appropriate training model for health emergency managers.Methods This training was evaluated by satisfaction survey,trainer classroom scoring,and questionnaire survey and test before and after training.Results After training,trainees got progress in their scores of test,capacity evaluation,and attitude evaluation,there were significant differences between before and after training;trainees were satisfied with all modules.Conclusions This training improved trainees＇ health emergency management knowledge,confidence,and attitude. |
