| 摘 要： | 隐匿龋是一种在放射线检查中可以发现投射影，而在探、视诊检查中釉质表面呈现无损或轻度脱矿的龋损现象。光学检测技术应用于隐匿龋的早期诊断很有潜力，但仍需进一步的研究和改善，故临床中应以放射线检查为依据。隐匿龋因其特殊的形成机制和临床表现，对口腔医生在预防、诊断、治疗、科研和宣教等多方面都是挑战。本文就隐匿龋的机制、临床诊断和治疗措施3个方面的研究进展进行综述。

| Abstract: | The hidden caries is a sub-type of the occlusal pit and fissure caries type, and is defined as a dentinal caries lesion nearby the occlusal surface of the tooth, seen on a radiograph, where the occlusal enamel remains intact or is minimally perforated. Optical detective technology has great potential in early diagnosis of hidden caries, but it still needs further study and improvement. Hidden caries should be diagnosed by radiographs in clinic.
