腹腔镜辅助阴式全子宫切除治疗非脱垂子宫良性病变52例

目的:探讨非脱垂子宫腹腔镜辅助下阴式全子宫切除术(LAVH)临床应用价值及安全性。方法:回顾性分析52例子宫良性病变的非脱垂子宫LAVH的临床资料,并与传统腹式全子宫切除术(TAH)50例进行比较。结果:LAVH组的术后排气时间早,住院时间短,术后疼痛时间短,与TAH组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.005~P<0.001);LAVH组的术后阴道残端息肉发生率少于TAH组(P<0.05);而手术时间及术中出血量两组差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:应用腹腔镜行子宫切除术是安全可行的,LAVH手术具有腹腔镜手术及阴式共同的微创优点。

Laparoscope-assisted vaginal hysterectomy for treatment of non-prolapsed uterus benign diseases:A report of 52 cases
