氧化应激参与针刺调节抑郁症的机理研究

抑郁症是指某种不愉快的心境和一定身体器官的功能紊乱，是一种精神病理态，其发病机制较为复杂，迄今为止尚未完全明确。目前，一般认为其发病原因与环境、遗传、社会压力及个人心理等有关。近年来研究氧化应激和抑郁症的关系逐渐增多，表明氧化应激可能是精神类疾病的发病机制之一，自由基产生增多、脂质过氧化反应等是氧化应激产生的主要原因。大量研究显示，抑郁症患者脑中SOD的活性降低，NO、MDA含量较正常对照组的明显增高。针刺作为一种具有抗氧化作用的传统疗法，可以调节体内自由基的动态平衡，从而发挥保护神经的作用，因此治疗神经系统疾病如老年痴呆、抑郁症等有着较为显著的效果，本文就近年来关于氧化应激与抑郁症和针刺关系的发生发展与NO、MDA、SOD酶的表达和活性的关系作一综述介绍。

Mechanisms of Mitigating Depression with Acupuncture Involving Oxidative Stress:A Research Progress

Depression,a pathological state of mind,refers to some unpleasant state of mind and a body organ dysfunction.Its pathogenesis is complex,which has not been completely clarified so far.At present,it is a consensus that factors,such as environment,heredity,social stress and personal heart environment,are its causes.In recent years,the surge of the correlations between oxidative stress and depression is emerging,indicating that oxidative stress is possible pathogenesis of mental diseases.Increased radical production,lipid peroxidation and so on were the main causes for the generated oxidative stress.A lot of research indicated that hypoactivity of cerebral SOD,NO and MDA in depression patients significantly higher than that in general people.Acupuncture,taking as a traditional treatment for antioxidation,can equalize free radicals in the body relatively for protecting neurons.Therefore,the effects of acupuncture on neurological disorders were overt.In this study,the progress on the correlation between oxidative stress and depression were summarized,introducing the role of the enzymes,such as NO,MDA,SOD expressions and their activities in depression.
