| 摘 要： | 目的 探讨头颈部坏死性筋膜炎的病因、临床表现、诊断和治疗.方法 回顾分析1 994～2001年收治的6例头颈部坏死性筋膜炎的病例资料并复习文献.结果 全部病例均行积极的内科治疗和外科治疗,治愈3例,死亡3例.结论 提高对本病的认识,早期诊断、早期有效的治疗是成功的关键.

| Abstract: | OBJECTIVE To analyze the cause, clinical features, diagnosis and treatment of necrotizing fasciitis in head and neck. METHODS The clinical data of 6 cases with head and neck necrotizing fasciitis treated in our department from 1994 to 2001 were studied retrospectively and the related literatures were reviewed. RESULTS All of the 6 cases were treated actively by medical therapy and surgical treatment. Three patients were cured, and 3 patients died. CONCLUSION The key to successfully cure the disease is to better understand the disease, early diagnosis and early treatment. |
