368例中晚期妊娠妇女心理健康状况调查与分析

目的了解妊娠期妇女心理健康状况,为有针对性地进行优生宣教提供依据。方法对368例妊娠12～40周的妇女,采用症状自评量表SCL-90测评,对测评所得因子分与常模进行比较,同时按年龄、文化程度、孕周分组分别进行比较。结果与常模相比,妊娠期妇女除强迫和偏执因子外,其余7个因子分均明显高于常模(P<0.01);高分因子列前三位的依次是:敌对、躯体化和抑郁;低年龄组和高年龄组的孕妇部分因子分高(P<0.05),小学学历组各因子分在心理健康水平上高于初中以上学历组,孕12周～组躯体化因子分高,孕20周～组有6个因子分偏高。结论妊娠期妇女存在不同程度的心理问题,今后应针对不同人群、年龄、文化程度及孕周进行相应的心理健康宣教和疏导工作。

Investigation and Analysis for Mental Health of 368 Cases of Late Pregnant Women

OBJECTIVE To learn the mental health of women during pregnancy that provide targeted basis for eugenic mission propaganda.METHODS We use symptom self-report questionnaire SCL-90 evaluation to test 368 cases of women 12 to 40 weeks of gestation and compare the evaluation proceeds factors with the norm by age,educational level and gestational age grouping.RESULTS Compared with the norm,except the force and paranoid,the other seven factor scores were significantly higher than the norm（P〈0.01）,the score factors out the top three are：hostility,somatization and depression,the younger and the older groups pregnant women get the higher scores（P〈0.05）of some factors.Each factor of the primary education group in the mental health level is higher than junior high school education group.With more than 12 weeks pregnant’scores of somatization and more than 20 weeks pregnant have a six factor scores are on the high side.CONCLUSION Pregnant women have varying degrees of psychological problems.Mental health education and persuasion should be for different group of people,age,educational level and gestational age.
