体外冲击波治疗肩峰下滑囊炎的疗效分析

目的分析体外冲击波对肩峰下滑囊炎的临床治疗效果。方法选择2007年1月-2008年12月在深圳市龙岗中心医院康复科就诊的肩峰下滑囊炎患者80例，随机分为两组，治疗组40例，对照组40倒。1）治疗组除采用对照组的理疗方法外，还采用深圳惠康HKSW-O型体外冲击波治疗机进行治疗。隔天1次；2）对照组仅采用中频电、超短波、超声波3种理疗方法，每天1次。两组患者均治疗10d，治疗前与治疗后均采用简化McGill疼痛问卷（SF-MPQ）进行评估。结果治疗后治疗组在疼痛分级指数（PRI，分感觉项、情感项）、视觉模拟评分法（VAS）、现时疼痛强度（PPI）等4项评估中，疼痛减轻明显优于对照组（P〈0.05）。结论体外冲击波对肩峰下滑囊炎的治疗快速、安全、有效。

Therapeutic efficacy analysis of vitro shock wave therapy for subacromial bursitis

Objective To analyze the clinical therapeutic efficacy of vitro shock wave therapy for subacromial bursitis. Methods 80 cases of subacromial bursitis patients visited the Shenzhen Longgang Central Hospital Rehabilitation during January 2007 to December 2008 were chosen, randomly divided into two groups,40 cases of treatment group, 40 cases of control group, in addition to the physical therapy of control group, treatment group were applied Shenzhen Huikang HKSW-O type Extracorporeal shock wave therapy machine for therapy, operating voltage 6-10 KV, shock wave frequency about 60 times/min, The number of impact of each treatment 1000- 1300 times, 1st on alternate days; control group were only applied intermediate frequency power, ultrashort, ultrasonic methods of three kinds of physiotherapy, 1st daily, patients of two group had 10-day therapy, Simplified the McGill pain question-naire（SF-MPQ） was used for assessment before and after treatment. Results after treatment,4 items assessment of pain rating index （PRI, feeling, emtion）, visual analogue score（VAS）, present pain intensi- ty （PPI） in treatment group,the pain relieve were surpass to the control group （P〈0.05）. Conclusions the treatment of vitro shock wave therapy for subacromial bursitis is fast,safe and effective.
