| 摘 要： | 呼吸机相关肺炎（ventilator-associated pneumonia，VAP）是接受机械通气患者最常见的医院内感染。其发病率和病死率高，笔者对国内外VAP的预防和护理进展做一综述，旨在寻找有效的、实用的措施来预防VAP的发生。

| Abstract: | Ventilator-associated pneumonia(VAP) is the most common nosocomial infection among ventilated patients in hospital, which has a high morbidity and a high mortality. This article reviewed the development of the prevention and nursing in China and abroad, in order to find some effective and practical strategies to prevent the occurrence of VAP. |
