天津市6~24月婴幼儿喂养行为与能量摄入研究

目的:了解天津市6~24月婴幼儿的喂养行为状况及其与能量摄入间的关系。方法:应用分层随机的方法抽取71例儿童进行24 h膳食回顾、1周膳食频度调查、12 h食物称重和喂养行为评估。结果:12 h膳食摄入的总能量与婴幼儿喂养行为的总分、吃饭时的行为、孩子的反应、喂养人的反应具有显著的相关性;随着年龄的增长,不同的喂养行为与能量摄入的回归趋势不同;多数喂养人在鼓励孩子独立进食、喂养中给予言语或非言语鼓励等方面存在不足。结论:喂养行为与能量摄入有关,天津市6~24月婴幼儿在喂养行为方面仍存在一些问题。

The study on feeding behavior and energy intake of 6 ～ 24 month infant in Tianjin

Objective:To explore the relationship between feeding behavior and energy intake,and to learn the situation of the feeding behavior in Tianjin.Methods:70 infants were selected by a cross-sectional and random way,and each was asked to complete one-week food frequency questionnaire,24-hour food recall.The trained observers weighed all food(including meals and snacks) consumed by the infant during a 12-hour period,and assessed his feeding behavior.Results:There were significant differences between energy intake and the total score of the feeding behavior,feeding method,child and caregiver's reaction.Different age group showed different regression trend on diverse feeding behavior and energy intake.Conclusion:Feeding behavior was significant related to energy intake.Most caregiver showed some shortages in encouraging self-feeding and encouragement during feeding.
