联用康复新液治疗复治菌阳肺结核的临床研究

目的探讨联合康复新液治疗复治菌阳肺结核的临床效果。方法选取2011年1月-12月复治菌阳肺结核患者120例，随机分为对照组57例，观察组63例。两组患者均采取异烟肼、利福平、吡嗪酰胺、乙胺丁醇、链霉素联合治疗；观察组在此基础上再联用康复新液予以辅助治疗。治疗期间随访患者临床症状、痰菌阴转、病灶吸收情况，并就两组患者治疗效果进行评价。结果治疗2、3、6、8个月时观察组患者痰菌转阴率分别为46．03％、73．02％、90．48％和95．23％，明显高于对照组（26．32％、49．12％、66．66％、84．21％）；治疗6个月后胸部CT检查示观察组患者空洞闭合率为73．58％；对照组患者空洞闭合率为52．08％，两组比较差异有统计学意义（，=5．016，P=0．025）；治疗过程中的不良反应发生率观察组为19．04％，对照组为19．30％，两组比较差异无统计学意义（x2=0．001，P=0．972）。结论对复治菌阳肺结核联合康复新液进行治疗是一种安全而有效的治疗方法。

Clinical Research on the Effect of Kangfuxin Liquid in the Retreatment of Bacteria Positive Pulmonary Tuberculosis

Objective To study the clinical effect of Kangfuxin liquid in the retreatment of bacteria positive pulmonary tuberculosis （TB）. Methods A total of 120 patients undergoing retreatrnent of bacteria positive TB between January and December 2011 were randomly divided into two groups with 57 in the control group and 63 in the observation group. All the patients took combined medications of isoniazid, rifampicin, pyrazinamide, ethambutol and streptomycin, while patients in the observation group took Kangfuxin liquid in addition. During the treatment, we followed up the clinical symptoms, sputum positive to negative conversion rate, and lesions absorption of all the patients, and evaluated the treatment effect in both the two groupsl Results The sputum positive to negative conversion rate at 2, 3, 6, and 8 months in the observation group was 46.03%, 73.02%, 90.48% and 95.23%, respectively, significantly higher than those in the control group whose data were 26.32%, 49.12%, 66.66% and 84.21%, respectively. The hollow hole closure rate was 73.58% in the observation group which was significantly higher than that in the control group （52.08%） （x2=5.016, P=-0.025）. Adverse reaction rate of the observation and control group was 19.04% and 19.30% without any significant difference （;（2=0.001, P=0.972）. Conclusion It is safe and effective to retreat bacteria positive pulmonary tuberculosis with Kangfuxin liquid.
