同步放疗联合替吉奥治疗老年局部晚期胃癌的疗效分析

目的探讨同步放疗联合替吉奥治疗老年局部晚期胃癌的临床效果。方法回顾性分析64例老年局部晚期胃癌患者，分为两组，对照组30例采用放疗，实验组34例在放疗基础上加用替吉奥胶囊15服，观察两组近期疗效及不良反应。结果实验组34例中完全缓解（CR）12例，部分缓解（PR）9例，稳定（SD）8例，病变进展（PD）5例，缓解率为61．8％；对照组30例中CR8例，PR5例，sD12例，PD5例，缓解率为43．3％，两组比较差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。实验组1年生存率70．6％（24／34），对照组1年生存率46．7％（14／30），差异具有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。两组患者不良反应无差别。结论同步放疗联合替吉奥可以有效提高老年晚期胃癌患者的近期缓解率和1年生存率，并且在提高其生活质量的同时不会加重不良反应。

Concurrent chemoradiotherapy with tegafur,gimeracil and oteracil potassium capsules for elderly patients with locally advanced gastric cancer

Objective To evaluate the efficacy of synchronous radiotherapy combined with chemotherapy using tegafur, gimeracil and oteraeil potassium capsules （S-1） in treatment of elderly patients with locally advanced gastric cancer. Methods Clinical data of 64 elderly patients with locally advanced gastric cancer were retrospectively analyzed. Among them 30 patients were treated with radiotherapy （control group） and 34 were treated with radiotherapy and oral administration of S-1 capsules concurrently （study group）. The short-term effectiveness and adverse reactions were observed and compared. Results In study group 12 cases showed complete remission （CR） ,9 partial remission （PR） ,8 stable disease （SD） and 5 progressive disease （PD）, with an overall remission rate of 61.8%. In control group there were 8 CR,5 PR,12 SD and 5 PD with an overall remission rate of 43.3% （P 〈0.05）. The 1-y survival rate in study and control groups was 70.6% （24/34） and 46.7% （14/30） , respectively （ P 〈 0.05 ）. There was no difference in incidence of adverse reactions between two groups （ P 〉 O. 05 ）. Conclusion Synchronous radiotherapy combined with S-1 capsules can effectively improve the short-term remission rate and 1-y survival rate of elderly patients with advanced gastric cancer without increasing adverse reactions.
