| 摘 要： | 客观结构化临床考试（OSCE）和师生问卷调查结果显示,传统应试教育使儿科专业医学生临床基本功欠扎实,临床思维缺乏.应加强临床实践,开展对实践活动的形成性评估,促进儿科医生构建合理的临床胜任力框架.

| Abstract: | Objective structured clinical examination （OSCE） employed in the final exam of the interns majoring in pediatric medicine of Chongqing medical university was retrospective analyzed, whereas questionnaire survey through internet was performed. The study showed that the interns trained by traditional exam-oriented education were short of clinical thinking besides weakness in clinical basic skills. It is necessary to strengthen clinical practice and to develop formative assessment for establis- hing pediatricians＇ reasonable and scientific clinical competence. |
