| 摘 要： | 临床实习是医学院校大学生将课本知识转化为临床操作能力的一个关键时期,是实现理论知识向日常工作能力转化的必不可少的过程,也是今后从事临床工作的必经阶段.本文针对医学院校大学生临床实习过程中所存在的各种问题进行研究,并提出相应的对策,最终达到保障临床实习质量的目的.

| Abstract: | The clinical internship is the crucial period for medical college students who will put the textbook knowledge into clinical practice, the essential process to transform the theoretical knowledge in- to the daily work ability and the necessary stage of dealing with the clinical work in the future. This article researches all kinds of questions during the period of medical college students＇ clinical intern- ship, and puts forward corresponding countermeasure to guarantee the quality of clinical practice. |
