| 摘 要： | 目的分析九江市县乡级医疗卫生人员卫生应急知识水平,为制定卫生应急策略提供依据。方法采用问卷调查方法,对264名县乡级医疗卫生人员进行调查。结果大多数县级医疗卫生人员对突发公共卫生事件的认知程度有所提高,但是专业队伍素质不高,应急知识较为缺乏,不能满足卫生应急工作需要。结论应采取多种有效方式,加大培训力度,造就一支能适应卫生应急工作需要的队伍。

| Abstract: | OBJECTIVE To analyze awareness on the health emergency response among staff in county CDC,county hospital and villages and towns hospital in Jiujiang and provide evidence for the health emergency strategies. METHODS 264 health workers were asked for a questionnaire. RESULTS Awareness on the health emergency response among the health workers have advanced,but there was considerate lack of knowledge about the health emergency response and technical staff who have advanced diathesis. CONCLUSIONS It is suggested that the proper and effective training on them be conducted in order to adapt to need of the health emergency response. |
