| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨薄氏腹针疗法对脊髓损伤性尿潴留治疗的有效性。方法：随机将24例观察病例，分为腹针组，对照组。腹针组予薄氏腹针取穴治疗，对照组子电针八醪、会阳穴。结果：腹针组总有效率为92．88％，对照组总有效率为70．00％，腹针组总有效率优于对照组，两组间有显著性差异（P〈O．05）。结论：薄氏腹针疗法对脊髓损伤性尿潴留具有积极治疗作用，值得临床推广。

| Abstract: | Objective：To study the effect of Bo＇s abdominal acupuncture on retention of urine induced by spinal cord injury. Methods：24 cases were ran- domly divided into abdominal acupuncture group and control group, Abdominal acupuncture group were treated with Bo~s abdominal acupuncture, and control group with electroacupuncture at Baliao and Huiyang （EL35）. Results：The total efficacy rate was 92.88% in abdominal acupuncture group and 70.00% in the control group. It was higher in the abdominal acupuncture group than in the control group, there was significant difference （p〈0.05）. Conclusion： In clinical, Bo＇s abdominal acupuncture on retention of urine induced by spinal cord injury have important value,are worth to spread. |
