脑梗死患者血浆神经肽Y、降钙素基因相关肽变化的临床研究

目的观察脑梗死（CI）患者血浆神经肽Y（NPY）和降钙素基因相关肽（CGRP）的浓度变化并分析其临床意义。方法收集32例CI患者临床资料，用放射免疫法动态检测其血浆NPY与CGRP浓度及变化值，并对其进行比较分析。结果实验组血浆NPY浓度显著高于对照组（P〈0．01），CGRP浓度低于对照组（P〈0．05）；血浆NPY浓度于4～7d达峰值517．68pg／mL，CGRP浓度于1～3d达低谷113．45pg／mL；NPY从轻型到重型逐渐升高，且差异有统计学意义，而CGRP间差异无统计学意义；NPY与收缩期血压间呈正相关，CGRP与血压呈负相关。结论NPY、CGRP浓度检测可作为判断CI患者病情严重程度的实验室指标。

The clinical research of plasma levels of neuropeptide Y and calcitonin gene-related peptide in patients with cerebral infarction

Objective To investigate the levels of plasma neuropeptide Y(NPY) and calcitonin gene-related peptide(CGRP) in patients with cerebral infarction.Methods The levels of plasma NPY and CGRP were measured by radioimmunoassay in 32 cases with cerebral infarction and 23 healthy control subjects.Results The levels of NPY in plasma of CI group which suffered CI in 7 days were higher than those in control group(P < 0.01),and decreased to normal in 3 weeks.The levels of CGRP in plasma of CI group which suffered CI in 3 days were lower than those in control group(P < 0.05),and decreased to normal in 3 weeks.The levels of NPY in severe CI group were higher than in middle and minor CI group(P < 0.05).The levels of plasma NPY with CI were positive correlation with systolic blood pressure.Conclusion NPY and CGRP play an important role in mechanism and development of cerebral infarction.
