穴位按摩联合麻仁丸治疗功能性便秘临床研究

目的：观察穴位按摩联合合麻仁丸治疗功能性便秘的疗效。方法：将100例功能性便秘患者随机分为治疗组和对照组，每组50例。治疗组采用穴位按摩加口服麻仁丸治疗，对照组单纯采用麻仁丸治疗，比较两组治疗前后症状改善情况。结果：治疗组总有效率94％，对照组为76％，两组总有效率差异有统计学意义（P〈O．05）。结论：穴位按摩联合舍麻仁丸治疗功能性便秘安全有效，优于单纯应用麻仁丸治疗。

Point massage combined with Maren Pills in the treatment of functional constipation clinical research

Objective：To investigate the efficacy of acupoint massage plus marenwan in treating Functional constipation. Methods： 100 Functional constipation patients were randomly divided into treatment group and control group, 50 in each group. The treatment group was treated by Acupoint massage plus marenwan,and the control group was treated by marenwan only. The total efficacy rates would be compared after a treatment course. Results：The total efficacy rate was 92.0% in the treatment group and 64.0% in the control group. There was a statistical difference in the total efficacy rate between the two groups （P〈0. 05）. Conclusion： Aeupoint massage plus marenwan in Treating Functional Constipation were effective and safe.
