| 摘 要： | 目的:建立HPLC法测定丹柴散结合剂中阿魏酸的含量的方法.方法:采用Agilent-C18色谱柱(150 mm×4.6 mm,5μm),流动相:乙腈-0.085％磷酸溶液(14∶ 86),检测波长为316 nm,柱温:35℃,流速为1.0 ml.min-1.结果:丹柴散结合剂中阿魏酸的含量在0.0124 ～0.247 7 μg的范围内,有良好的线性关系(r=0.999 9),平均回收率为99.42％,RSD为0.85％.结论:该方法操作易行,稳定可靠,可用于丹柴散结合剂中阿魏酸的含量测定.

| Abstract: | Objective ： To establish a method for the determination of ferulie acid in Danchai Sanjie mixtures. Method ： The sepa- ration was performed on an Agilent-C18 column （ 150 mm ×4.6 mm,5 μm） ,the mobile phase was acetonitrile-0. 085% phosphoric acid （14： 86） with a flow rate of 1.0ml-min-1 ,and the detection wavelength was 316 nm. The eolumn temperature was 35℃. Result： The linear range of ferulie acid was within the range 0. 012 4-0. 247 7 μg （ r = 0. 999 9 ）. The average recovery was 99.42% with RSD of 0. 85%. Conclusion： The method is simple,sensitive and accurate,and can be used to determine ferulie acid in Danchai Sanjie mixtures. |
