去整合素基质金属蛋白酶19在子宫内膜癌组织中的表达及意义

目的探讨去整合素基质金属蛋白酶19(ADAM19)与子宫内膜癌的发生、发展、浸润及转移的关系。方法选择2002年2月至2010年8月在广西医科大学第一附属医院妇科行手术治疗的患者共81例为研究对象,采用免疫组织化学的检测方法测定50例子宫内膜癌组织,16例不典型增生子宫内膜组织以及15例正常增殖期子宫内膜组织中ADAM19的表达情况,并分析其表达与各种临床参数的关系。结果 ADAM19蛋白在正常子宫内膜组织、不典型增生子宫内膜组织和子宫内膜癌组织中的高表达率分别为26.7%、75.0%和64.0%。在子宫内膜癌组织中的ADAM19的表达明显高于正常子宫内膜,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。ADAM19的表达与子宫内膜癌的组织学分级、肌层浸润深度、患者是否绝经有关(P<0.05),与子宫内膜癌的临床分期、淋巴结转移无关(P>0.05)。结论 ADAM19与子宫内膜癌的发生发展相关。

Expression of ADAM19 in endometrial carcinoma

ObjectiveTo investigate the expression of ADAM19 in human endometrial carcinoma tissue and to explore its correlation with clinical behavior and pathological characters.MethodsTo investigate 81 cases that were operated in the department of gynecology of the First Affiliated Hospital of Guangxi Medical University between February 2002 and August 2010.A total of 50 specimens of endometrial carcinoma,fifteen normal endometrium and sixteen atypical hyperplasia endometrium were evaluated by Immunohistochemistry technique to detect the expression of ADAM19.Patient’s clinical data were analyzed with the results.ResultsThe ratio of ADAM19 highly expression deletion in normal endometrium,atypical hyperplasia endometrium,endometrial carcinoma was 26.7%,75.0% and 64.0% respectively.The ratio of ADAM19 expression deletion in endometrial carcinoma is obviously higher than the ratio of normal endometrium.Through statistical analysis,it was found that the ratio of ADAM19 expression deletion had significant statistical difference among the three group(P<0.05).The expression rate of ADAM19 was significant difference between tumor grade,mymetria invasion and menelipsis(P<0.05).In endometrial carcinoma,no relations was found between ADAM19 and surgical stage and lymph node metastasis(P>0.05).ConclusionADAM19 correlates with the progress of endometrial carcinoma.
