新疆维吾尔自治区结核病防治规划（2001—2010年）实施效果评价

目的 分析评价新疆执行结核病防治10年规划（2001-2010年）目标达标情况，总结结核病控制规划执行的成果、经验，提出新疆结核病控制工作可持续发展建议。方法 按照《全国结核病防治规划（2001-2010年）》终期评估实施方案，收集新疆维吾尔自治区14个地级州、市和96个县级市、区规划评估表、监测年报表、季报表，录入EpiData软件，利用Excel进行数据统计分析。 结果 10年规划执行期间，DOTS策略覆盖率100%，全自治区用于结核病防治工作的总费用为20 175.49万元。全区累计发现活动性肺结核患者225 771例，其中涂片阳性肺结核患者133 315例；治疗活动性肺结核患者 219 800例，其中痰涂片阳性肺结核患者127 200例，97.36%（219 800/225 771）的传染性肺结核患者落实了免费治疗和管理，治愈率达到93.37%（124 478/133 315）。结论 结核病10年规划的实施达到了高发现率和高治愈率的指标，结核病防治效果显著。

Evaluation of the implementing effect of TB control program during 2001-2010 in Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region

Objective To evaluate the implementation effect of the 10 years TB control program from 2001 to 2010 in Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region, and to summarize the achievements and experiences, and provide re- commendations for the sustainable development of TB control program in Xinjiang. Methods According to the final evaluation plan of national TB program （2001--2010）, the evaluation forms and annual and quarterly surveil- lance data in 14 prefectures and 96 counties of Xinjiang from 2001--2010 were collected, and EpiData was used for data input and Excel for data analysis. Results In 10 years, the DOTS coverage rate reached 100%, the total TB control funding was 201.75 million Yuan RMB in Xinjiang. Cumulatively a total of 225 771 active pulmonary TB patients were detected, of which 133 315 were smear positive TB cases. 219 800 cases of active pulmonary tuberculosis were treated which included 127 200 cases of smear positive cases. The cure rate reached 93. 37%（124 478/133 315）. Conclusion Through the implementation of the 10 years TB control program, Xinjiang Uygur autonomous region has reached the goal of the high case detection rate and high cure rate, and achieved remarkable effect.
