| 摘 要： | 一线口服抗结核药物异烟肼、利福平、吡嗪酰胺和乙胺丁醇易引起患者较明显的肝损害，联合应用这类药物，患者肝损害的问题更加突出。探讨抗结核药物的肝损害、发病机制和风险因素，研究抗结核药物肝损害的临床监测非常必要。肝损害的发生与年龄、性别、营养状况、嗜酒、慢乙酰化遗传表型、乙型肝炎病毒携带者等因素相关。抗结核药物引起的肝损害是可控的，应对抗结核药物加强监控与管理。

| Abstract: | Hepatotoxicity is one of the side effects of rifampin,isoniazid,pyrazinamide and ethambutol hydrochloride,and it was particularly more serious in anti-tuberculosis drugs combination.This review summarized the pathogenic mechanism and risk factors of hepatotoxicity caused by anti-tuberculosis drugs,and emphasized the importance of clinical monitor of hepatotoxicity.The occurrence of hepatotoxicity is related to the factors such as age,gender,nutrition status,alcohol,slow acetylation genotype and hepatitis B carriers.The administration and monitor of anti-tuberculosis therapy should be strengthened,so that the hepatotoxicity induced by drugs can be controlled. |
