| 摘 要： | 目的分析糖尿病性心肌病的超声心动图表现,提高诊治水平。方法选择经临床诊断为糖尿病性心肌病38例(糖尿病心组)与30例健康人(对照组)的超声表现进行对比分析。结果糖尿病心组心脏结构以及左心室功能各项指标与对照组比较差异均有高度显著性(P<0.01或0.05)。结论糖尿病性心肌病的心脏结构和功能均有不同程度的损害。超声心动图检查可早期、无创、准确地反映心内结构和心功能改变,为临床及时诊治提供帮助。

| Abstract: | Objective To improve the diagno sis and treatment of diabetic car diomyopathy (DCMP) by analyzing the presentation characteristics of echocardiogr aphy of DCMP. Methods A comparison of the echoc ardiography presentati on between 38 patients proved with DCMP (DCMP group) and 30 healthy subjects (co ntrol group) had been done. Results In DCMP gro up, the indexes of LA, LVD, LVS, RV, RA, IVS and LVP were higher than those in control group; there were statistically significant differences, P<0. 01 or 0.05. Conclusion The heart structure and function were injured i n different degree in patients with DCMP. The changes of the heart structure and function can be shown by echocardiography early and accurately without trauma. |
