| 摘 要： | 本文总结140例儿童颅内肿瘤,其中胶质瘤105例(75.0％),分别位于幕上33例(31.4％)和幕下72例(68.6％);常见类型为星形胶质瘤(33.6％),髓母细胞瘤(20.0％)和室管膜瘤(19.3％)。其它类型颅内肿瘤35例。本组35例术后放疗的1,3,5和10年生存率分别为71.8％,50.0％,44.4％和42.8％。其预后因素与肿瘤部位,病理类型和分化有关。

| Abstract: | One hundred and forty cases of children with intranial tumors were analysed, with 105 (75.0%) cases of giomas, 33(31.4%) supertentorial and 72 (68.6%) intratentorials ones The most common neoplasm types were astrocytic tumors(33.6%), medulloblastomeas(20.0%) and ependymal tum(19.3%). The overall 1, 3, 5 and 10 year survival rates in 35 cases were 71.8%, 50.0%, 44.4% and 42.8% respectively. The prognostic factors of radiotherapy after operation correlated with the location, histological type and differentiation of he tumors. |
