细胞周期素A在口腔鳞癌中的表达及临床病理意义

目的探讨细胞周期素A(CyclinA)在口腔鳞癌及癌前病变中的的表达及其意义。方法应用免疫组化SP法检测CyclinA在65例口腔鳞癌、25例上皮异常增生及20例正常粘膜的表达。结果CyclinA在口腔鳞癌组织中阳性表达率为55.4%(36/65),在上皮异常增生组织有少量表达,在正常口腔粘膜组织未见表达。CyclinA在低分化鳞癌组较高中分化组表达增高(P<0.01)。CyclinA表达与颈淋巴结转移及临床病理分期有关(P<0.05)。CyclinA表达与患者的年龄、性别及病灶大小无关(P>0.05)。结论CyclinA表达可能与口腔鳞癌的发生、分化及侵袭转移有关。

Expression of Cyclin A in oral squamous cell carcinoma and its clinical significance

Objective To investigate the expression of Cyclin A in squamous cell carcinoma(OSCC) and its clinical significance. Methods 65 cases of OSCC, 25 cases of epidermis cells with atypical hyperplasia and 20 cases of normal oral mucosa were detected for Cyclin A expression by Immunohistochemical SP method. Results The positive rate of Cyclin A in OSCC was 55.4%(36/65), and in epidermis cells with abnormal hyperplasia tissue there was a little expression of Cyclin A, and in normal tissue there was not any. Cyclin A expression occurred more frequently in cases of poor differentiation and portal invasion (P<0.01). Cyclin A expression in OSCC was related to cervical lymph node metastasis and the clinical pathological classification (P<0.01).The expression of Cyclin A did not correlate with age, gender and the size of tumor(P>0.05 ). Conclusion Cyclin A might be related to carcinogenesis, differentation,invasion and metastasis in OSCC.
