| 摘 要： | 目的：评价中西药联合治疗小儿支气管肺炎的临床疗效。方法：将54名患儿随机分为治疗组（34例）和对照组（20例）。治疗组采用抗生素和痰热清、对照组采用抗生素加利巴韦林治疗。结果：治疗组总有效率高于对照组（P〈0．05）。结论：中西药联合治疗小儿支气管肺炎，能明显提高疗效，止咳、平喘与肺部哆音消失等时间明显缩短，未见不良反应。

| Abstract: | Objective:To evaluate the clinical curative effect of Chinese traditional medicine combined with western medicine in treatment of children bronchopneumonia. Methods:Fifty-four children with bronchopneumonia were ran-domily divided into a treatment group (34 cases)and a control group (20 cases). The treatment group was treated by an-tibiotics combined with Tanreqing and the control group was treated by antibiotics combined with Ribavirin. Results:The total efficacy of the treatment group was more significant than that of the control group (P < 0.05). Conclusion:The Chinese traditional medicine combined with western medicine could obviously improve the eurative effect in treatment of children bronchopneumonia to make the time of relieving cough, calming panting and disappearing of pulmonary rales short and no adverse reactions were found. |
