护理配合标准指南在无痛胃镜、无痛肠镜检查中应用的效果

目的探讨护理配合标准指南（简称护理指南）在无痛胃镜、无痛肠镜检查中应用的效果。方法选择2009年1-8月在某院行无痛胃镜、无痛肠镜检查,根据自行设计的护理配合标准指南实施护理的1 572例患者作为观察组;以2008年1-8月在某院行无痛胃镜、无痛肠镜检查,采用传统护理配合的1 209例患者为对照组。比较两组患者的无痛胃镜检查时间、无痛肠镜检查时间,并比较患者、医生、麻醉师对护理指南实施前后的护理工作的满意情况。结果观察组无痛胃镜检查时间为（35.24±7.19）min、无痛肠镜检查时间为（45.24±7.19）min,分别少于对照组的（45.12±10.32）min和（56.12±10.32）min,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。使用护理配合标准指南后,患者、医生、麻醉师对护理工作满意率方面均优于使用前,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论应用无痛胃镜、无痛肠镜检查护理配合标准指南指导护理工作,进一步规范了无痛胃镜、无痛肠镜检查护理流程,提高工作效率,可在临床推广应用。

Application Effects of Cooperation Standard Guideline of Nursing in Painless Gastroscope and Painless Enterosarcoma Examination

Objective To explore the effect of Cooperation Standard Guideline of Nursing in painless gastrointestinal endoscopy examination. Methods For the test group, 1 572 patients with painless gastroscope and painless enterosarcoma in the hospital from Jan. to Aug. 2009 were treated with our own Cooperation Standard Guideline of Nursing. For the controlled group,1 209 patients with painless gastroscope and painless enterosarcoma in our hospital from Jan. to Aug. 2008 were treated with traditional cooperation standard of nursing. The time of painless gastroscope and painless enterosareoma, the satisfaction of patients, doctors and the anesthetists were compared. Results The durations of painless gastroscope and painless enterosarcoma （35.24± 7.19）min and painless intestinal endoscopy （45.24±7.19）min in the test group were significantly less than those in the controlled group, which was （45. 12 ± 10.32） min and （56. 12 ±10.32） min respectively（P〈0.05）. After the introduction of the Cooperation Standard Guideline of Nursing, the satisfaction of patients,physicians and anesthetists were significantly higher than before（P〈 0.05）. Conclusion The application of the Cooperation Standard Guideline of Nursing for the painless gastrointestinal endoscopy examination can improve nursing processes for painless gastroscope and painless enterosarcoma and improve the efficiency and satisfaction, which is worthy of clinical promotion.
