改良留置女尿管法效果观察

目的留置女双气囊导尿管气囊里注入4～5ml灭菌注射用水可减轻手术中膀胱水肿充血,从而减少血尿的发生。方法两组共850例,单日(常规组)430例及双日(改良组)420例手术进行分组。对单日需要手术的病人留置导尿管气囊按常规注入灭菌用水16～20ml,对双日需要手术的病人留置导尿管气囊中注入灭菌注射用水4～5ml。结果常规组引出的尿液呈肉眼血尿有25例,占5.81%。改良组引出的尿液呈肉眼血尿有3例,占0.71%。两组比较,差异有统计学意义(p<0.05)。结论气囊里注入灭菌注射用水4～5ml既不脱出尿道,又在手术中因气囊较小对膀胱压迫减少,肉眼血尿减少。
