戴氏虫草和粉被虫草菌丝体发酵液对放射损伤小鼠体液免疫的影响

摘    要:以60Coγ射线放射损伤小鼠为动物模型,采用溶血素测定(HC50)比色法测定戴氏虫草和粉被虫草菌丝体发酵液对γ射线辐射损伤小鼠的血清溶血素水平等的影响。同时测定了小脾指数和体重的变化。结果表明;在所试剂量条件下,戴氏虫草菌丝体发酵液可以降低γ射线辐射损伤小鼠血清溶血素的水平,但是不影响脾指数;而在一定剂量条件下,粉被虫草菌丝体发酵液可以恢复提高γ射线辐射损伤小鼠血清溶血清的水平,同时也能够恢复提高

Effects of Cordyceps taii Zymotic Fluid and Cordyceps Pruinosa Zymotic Fluid on Humoral Immunity in Radiated Mice

Abstract:In order to observe the effects of Cordyeps taii zymotic fluid and Cordyeps pruinosa zymotic fluid on humoral immunity in radiated mice, taking 60 Co gamma rays radiated mice as an animal model, hemolysin was detected by HC 50 method, also were measured the splenic index and weigth of the mice. The results showed that the Cordyceps taii zymotic fluid could decrease the hemolysin and not affect the splenic index of radiated mice, but the Cordyceps pruinosa zymotic fluid could increase the hemlolysin and the splenic index of radiated mice. The study suggests that the former can inhibit the humoral immunity, but the later enhances the humoral immunity.
