In recent years，the heart rate variability received universal attention as the noninvasive index of the heart autonomic nerve condition， which often is used for the quantitative analysis autonomic nerve’s functional condition. The reduction of its time domain and frequency domain is concerned with malignancy arrhythmia，heart failure，even heart sudden death. Insular lobe is the most important cortex which regulates cardiovascular functions mediated by sympathetic and parasympathetic nerves. Many scholars discovered in the clinical practice that the pathological changes of insular lobe could cause the cardiovascular function disorder and the autonomic nerve function condition change，therefore, the scholars value the contact of the insular lobe and heart function more and more.
