| 摘 要： | 目的探讨骶管麻醉用于新生儿上腹部手术时的麻醉效果及安全性。方法26例幽门肥厚环肌切开术新生儿，清醒状态下行常规骶管麻醉，选用0．5％利多卡因(含肾上腺素1：20万)，剂量2ml／kg。测量麻醉平面、脉搏氧饱和度、血压、心率、呼吸，然后静脉注射r=OH，50mg／kg镇静。结果所有病例麻醉效果满意，仅2例辅助氯胺酮。结论骶管麻醉用于新生儿上腹部手术，与以往其它方法相比，肌松、止痛效果更满意。

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the effect and safety of caudl anesthesia in neonates undergoing upperabdominal operation.Methods Under clear-headed state, 26 cases of neonates undergoing resection of fleshy circular pyloric muscle were performed routine caudl anesthesia,selecting 0.5%Lidocaine(indistinct 1:200000 adrenaline),2ml.kg-1. Then monitoring anesthetic effect of caudl anesthesia,SpO2,BP,HR,R,and r-OH,calmative,was injected by vein.Results All anesthetic effects were satisfied, only 2 cases were intravenous with ketamine to avail anesthesia.Conclusion Caudl anesthesia in neonates undergoing upper abdominal operation is more satisfied than other anesthetic methods. |
