| Abstract: | As bone marrow transplant for sickle cell disease becomes increasingly common, long‐term outcomes including secondary malignancies are beginning to be described. Here, we report a case of ovarian Sertoli–Leydig tumor that occurred after allogeneic bone marrow transplant for sickle cell disease. |
